Village Companion Program

Serve alongside one of our certified postpartum caregivers to provide practical household support for families receiving Foundation-funded postpartum care. By helping with everyday tasks like laundry, dishes, organizing, and engaging older siblings, Village Companions help create a calmer home so mothers can focus on healing, bonding, and adjusting to life with a new baby.

Village Meal Team

A warm meal can lift an enormous weight from a family adjusting to life with a new baby. Village Meal Team volunteers provide a home-cooked meal or restaurant gift card to a local postpartum family during the weeks following birth—giving mothers one less responsibility, more time to rest and recover, and a powerful reminder that their community is caring for them.

Volunteers receive Meal Train opportunities as they become available and can choose dates that fit their schedules. Sometimes, one simple meal can bring comfort, relief, and meaningful support when a family needs it most.

Village Community Helpers

Help make our community gatherings welcoming and enjoyable for every family. Volunteers assist with setting up, preparing refreshments, greeting new families, helping with activities, and cleaning up so our programs can run smoothly and parents can focus on building meaningful connections.

Village Event Team

Help bring our community events to life. Whether you’re setting up, decorating, welcoming guests, helping with activities, or cleaning up afterward, you’ll play an important role in creating meaningful experiences that strengthen families and build community.
