FAQs

What is the ROSE Program?

1

The ROSE Program is a free program for expecting mothers that offers practical tools for managing stress, strengthening support, and preparing for the transition to motherhood.

Where do the sessions take place?

2

Sessions meet at a Mid-Continent Public Library location in Lee’s Summit. We’ll email you the exact location and details after you register.

What should I expect?

3

You’ll meet in person once a week for four weeks with a certified instructor, then attend one virtual booster session after your baby is born. The sessions offer practical tools to manage stress and build support.

Can I bring my children?

4

We encourage you to attend on your own if you can. If you can’t find childcare, you’re welcome to bring your little one. We’ll have a small bin of toys for quiet play, though childcare isn’t provided.
